OmNom charges a fixed $1.25 service fee per order, the same for every restaurant. Customers pay it by default. Partnering with Blue Penguin does not increase the fee. You can choose to cover part of the service fee for your customers. By default, your restaurant pays none of it.
Restaurants pay OmNom’s payment-processing charge, typically 2.9% + 30¢ per successful US domestic online card payment. Rates can vary.
